Produced by Adam Kane Productions and funded and published by Creative BC and the Province of British Columbia, the report offers fresh statistics and insights into employment numbers and patterns, workforce characteristics, wages, recruitment and retention dynamics, barriers, and pathways. It concludes by presenting recommendations that will help support and develop the industry’s talent base.
